  • Personalized or monogrammed items may take up to 7–14 business days to ship.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer—we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available at our Lexington, Kentucky warehouse. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to coordinate.

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages
